Aspire Farm School led by a former deputy head of a large coastal secondary school and fully qualified teacher runs at the farm. It provides opportunities for students to work with and care for our animals and farmland in order to improve their soft skills such as resilience, motivation and self-control, confidence, independence and work ethic, attributes that are so vital to their wellbeing, academic success and their ability to achieve in later life. As an East Sussex-approved Alternative Provision, it offers individual and small group programmes that n be tailored to meet the needs of the student.

Vision and Ethos of Aspire Farm School
Our vision is to give every child the opportunity to thrive in our farm-based learning environment, where children are safe to explore, be with animals and nature and develop new skills.
We believe that one size does not fit all and offering a child an opportunity to learn outside of the classroom will help them develop and reset, and broaden their prospects.
We want to engage and inspire our future generation and show them the role farming has in our everyday lives.
We want to equip and teach children so they have the knowledge to form opinions and make informed decisions on things like food production, farming and the environment.
